It is our sincere endeavour to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. We normally deliver orders within 5 to 7 working days. However, estimated delivery time depends on:

  • Product’s availability
  • Quantity of the order
  • Destination to which you want the order shipped
  • Shipping charges and delivery time (varies based on order size and location)

Cash on Delivery Orders – An additional charge of ₹50 is applicable per order.

On confirmation of the order, an email and SMS will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number with shipment details.

I AM MORINGA uses reputed courier partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, GATI, FedEx, Ecom Express, and Indian Post for shipping within India.

Customers can check shipping details (courier name, tracking number, and live tracking link) via their dashboard, email, or SMS.

I AM MORINGA reserves the right to refuse confirmed orders where payment status is still pending.

Eligible shipping speeds and their charges are displayed based on the item(s) in your cart and delivery address.

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from us, we will refund 100% of the product value (excluding delivery charges and gift wrapping, where applicable).

Returns must be received at our warehouse within 15 days from the date of delivery.

When returning goods, please mention:

  • Order number
  • Your name
  • Product name
  • Reason for return

Note: Postage expenses for returning goods are non-refundable.

Replacement of Products

In some cases, we ensure that pickup is arranged promptly. Replacements are shipped as soon as we receive the returned item from our courier partner.

Replacement is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.

Order Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

If your order has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for replacement or refund if found damaged or unfit for consumption.
